2nd week summary

This week, we read two books and discussed contents.

we lead Sandy Stone's “Welcome to the present” and Vannevar Bush’s “As we may think.”

"Welcome to the present" means, present digital media technology is developing and developing, but The technique which is developed becomes more distant from present. we discuss a seperate and connect by digital media. media is connect people to people, and seperate people to people. media is a embody many things. so we are think, media is medium. when discuss a seperate and connect, we use egg. and car.

"As we may think." by Vannevar Bush’s. Vannevar Bush’s lived a lot of information without arranged. He need to arrange it. so he made Memex. Memex use associative indexing. This like today hyperlink. he has a creative think! so professor has many question for student 'what is the creative think?' this book title "As we may think" is.... um.. like that as we may think!

this week two books are very difficult.... read and read...but that's like Alien language!
I don't understand(ㅜ_ㅜ).... and professor asked a question to me.. but I don't answer.(ㅜ_ㅜ)
but professor explane books contents and it endeavors that I reads the book, next I'm answer the question.
